Chef Stephen Moise is the Executive Chef for The Ridge Tahoe and a newcomer to the Sierra Chefs Challenge.

Stephen started his career at only 12 years old and has worked with some of the greatest chefs in the world. He moved up from his father’s restaurant to work at Tavern on the Green where he hosted hundreds of people at different events in New York City.
